Cancellation

Being a small guesthouse, cancellations can affect The Rainbow
significantly. When making a reservation at The Rainbow you agree to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation 14 days or earlier before check-in date

Free.

Cancellation 13 to 1 day before check-in date

You will be charged the price for 1 night for each room booked.

No show or same-day cancellation

You will be charged the total price of the booking.

 
On cancellation we will try to resell the booking and if able to do so we will refund all charges.

We recommend our guests to have adequate travel insurance to protect against changes to travel arrangements.
